Pricing

Published, because hiding it wastes everybody's afternoon.

Monthly, one month notice, no setup fee, onboarding included. If the number below does not work for you, it will not work after three meetings either.

The plans

Three sizes, and the difference is who picks up the phone

All three run the same checks. What changes is whether we hand the alert to you or act on it ourselves, and whether the paperwork afterwards is your problem or ours.

Talk it through

How the price moves. Service count is the main lever. Beyond the included number it is €55 per service per month on Watch and €90 on Respond. Nothing else is metered — not alert volume, not incident count, not how often you call. We would rather you called.

The small print, in normal words

What is deliberately not included

None of this is upsell bait. Each one is excluded because including it would make us worse at the thing you are actually paying for.

Building or changing your infrastructure

We will tell you exactly what we think is fragile and why, in writing, for free. We will not then quote you to rebuild it. The company that watches the system should not be the company that gets paid when the system needs work.

Application development

We do not ship product code. The moment we do, we lose the ability to be honest with you about why something broke.

Security operations

We spot and escalate the obvious — a spike in failed logins, an unexpected outbound connection, a certificate that changed when nobody deployed. We are not a SOC and we will not pretend otherwise. On Own it we work alongside yours.

Your cloud bill

We report waste when we see it, because we are looking at the metrics anyway. We do not take a percentage of the savings — that arrangement quietly rewards letting the bill grow first.

Anything at all on a system without a runbook

New service, no runbook, no action beyond telling you it is down. Writing the runbook takes about an hour of your engineer's time and it is included. There is no charge for this and no excuse for skipping it.

Worth doing before you talk to anyone

Put your own number on it

Our middle plan is €80 a day. On the timeline, a single 58-minute outage at €4,000 an hour costs €3,867. That is not an argument for us specifically — it is an argument for someone, and it is worth knowing which side of the line you are on.

Demo note: Nightshift is an invented company. The prices, plans and figures were written to demonstrate a pricing page that commits to numbers instead of hiding behind a contact form.
